Globe-Trotter Surfrider

Globe-Trotter will release limited model called surfrider. these luggages layed Hawaiian fabrics inside, and a strap attached. also a shirt made of same Hawaiian fabric are inside as an appendix.

グローブトロッターの限定モデル、サーフライダーは、ハワイ風柄の生地がインナーに張られて、ストラップが着いてます。また、同じハワイアン柄のシャツがおまけでついています。

and you can order as option to make them looks like vintage with special polish processing, damage stickers, a hundle, and metals on the corners. they would be look like old luggages such like these pics. and they make you look like a good traveler.

加えて、ヴィンテージ加工をオプションでオーダでき、例えばステッカーをはがれ気味にしたり、取っ手や角の金具を使い込んだ雰囲気に磨いたり。こんなのを持っていたら旅なれた人に見えることでしょう。

as looking at these globe-trotters, I remind luggages appeared in a movie called "The Darjeeling Limited". these luggages are also looked like for oldfashioned good travellers, designed by Marc Jacobs. these Marc's luggages are only for the movie, so we can't get them, however globe-trotter would make us to be a good travellers, don't worry. 

このグローブトロッターをみていたら、ダージリン急行の映画にでてきたスーツケースを思い出しました。これらも、旅なれたちょっと古臭い感じで、マーク・ジェイコブスがデザインしたものです。マー君のはとても欲しくて、皆これにあこがれたと思いますが、残念ながら映画だけのためのものですが、グローブトロッターも同じように旅なれた人気分を味わえることでしょう、心配ありません。

Yam-Cha in Yan Toh Heen restaurant

In Hong　Kong, you had better to try havin Yam-Cha. Chinese traditional lunch is called Yam-Cha in Chinese.

It is consisted by small Chinese food, for example,  a steamed meat or shrinp dumpling, spring rolls and so on.

Marc Newson A380 Interiors for Qantas

Earlier on we should images of the Marc Newson designed lounge for Qantas in Sydney. Transferring his aesthetic from the ground to the sky, Newson has also worked on airplane interiors for Qantas’ A380s.

マーク・ニューソンが、シドニーのカンタスのラウンジに続いて、飛行機のインテリアもデザインしました。ミニバーのようなのがいい感じです。シートは固そうだけど大丈夫かな。

some artworks in W hongkong entrance

some artworks made by Damian Hurst and Takashi Murakami are showed in entrance lobby of W hongkong. Probably, it's temporary exhibition.
I believe these works match to modern and stylish interior of W.
at night, W became like a nightclub. :)
Wホンコンのエントランスでは、村上やデイミアン・ハーストの作品が展示されていました。たぶん短期間のエキシビション的なものと思う。
Wのモダンでスタイリッシュなインテリアにこういった作品は似合ってますね。夜にはホテル自体がクラブみたいになってましたよ。

W HongKong

W hongKong is　located in Kawloon, HongKong. it takes about 20 minutes from airport and you can go straight into hotel from the train station throughout shopping mole without going outside. it's quite useful. when you go back to the airport you can check in your flight and deposit your baggage at the station and you don't have to bring them to the airport.


W香港は九龍にあります。空港から20分くらいで着くし、九龍駅からショッピングモールを通ってホテルまでいけるので、外に出なくていけます。すごく便利。空港に帰るときも九龍駅で飛行機のチェックインができて、荷物を預ければ、空港まで手ぶらで行けます。


also you can go to central-area in HongKong, IFC shopping mole, within 10minutes by an underground-train from this hotel.
this fabulous room has harbor view.　stylish designed interior and that sound system is pretty nice. I recommend you to stay this hotel in case you would visit HongKong
